Gran Dominican Gala 2012

Special Invitation to all Nations:

On February 25, 2012 Bella Q Dance Studio will be hosting a Dominican Gala Dinner in celebration of the Dominican Republic Independence Day, which is celebrated on February 27^th of each year. The event will include great entertainment, culture, colorful costumes, traditional music and Dominican cuisine. We are extending invitations to many Dominican born baseball players and Alumni from various Mayor League Baseball teams, to honor them as we celebrate their culture.

Dominican Republic National Police, Colonel Jacobo Mateo Moquete will attend. He is an active member of the Latin American Police Officer’s Association.  Additionally, Vice Consul of the Dominican Republic, Ms. Arelis Reynoso will attend.  She is a proponent for encouraging philanthropic endeavors within the community, and proud mother of the Atlanta Hawks NBA star, Al Horford.  Our guest speaker is Roberto Ramirez, a former professional baseball player with various teams such as: the Giants, Seattle, Oakland, and Baltimore.

During our event, we want to increase awareness of the success Latinos and all immigrants bring to the United States. Our goal is to strengthen the cultural diversity in Arizona. We are extending an invitation to all diverse leaders in Arizona, to take part of this great event.  A portion of the proceeds from this event will assist Bella Q Dance Studio in creating a free after school program to benefit at-risk inner-city youth. Providing instruction in Latin, Hip-Hop, Lyrical and Folkloric dance. We are excited about the opportunity to have a positive influence on kids who would otherwise be subjected to mindless activities, or the dangers of the streets. 

Tickets Cost: $70.00 in advance, $100.00 at the door. The event will be held at The Cedars Banquet Hall, 1702 E. Northern Ave. Phoenix, AZ. 85020 from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Buy a Company Table for $1,000 and receive the following: Tickets for 10 guests, company’s information on program and mentions at the event and company’s logo on Bella Q’s website. Individual tickets or company’s tables includes, a delicious Dominican Cuisine dinner and two complimentary drinks.

The Delicious Cuisine will be prepared by Esmirna Rivas Tejeda. Ms.Tejeda has catered to the Kansas City Royals for 3 years, and many private events.
